RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love every piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- - Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- - Swimwear and intimates are final sale for hygiene reasons.
HOW TO RETURN
- Email contact@vellor-systems.com with your order number and reason for return.
- 2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (U.S. orders only).
- 3. Ship items back within 14 days of receiving the label.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? We offer free exchanges on all full-price items. Email contact@vellor-systems.com with your order number and the size you need.
ALASKA, HAWAII & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States. Please ensure you have selected the correct size and style before placing your order.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at contact@vellor-systems.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
