DOMESTIC SHIPPING — CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $7.95
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.95
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.95

 

ALASKA & HAWAII

• Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): calculated at checkout
• All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We ship worldwide via DHL Express and USPS (First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, Priority Mail Express International).
• Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.
• Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days).
• Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
• All international orders are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
